Please be advised that that the board of directors has authorized an increase in the monthly fee for year 2020 The new monthly fee starting January 1, 2020 is $ 300.00 per month. As you are aware, the Association is responsible for the replacement and repair of the common elements such as; roofs, siding and structural components of the buildings. With the community being approximately 15years old, the board wants to make sure we will have sufficient funds available in the event of the necessity of a major repair. Should the repair cost exceed the amount held in reserves, an added assessment charged to each unit owner would be required. You can find a copy of the 2020 budget on the association website at www.linwoodcourt.org. New coupon books are ordered and you should receive them by December 31, 2019. Please respect our lawns and curb your pet. Pet rules are included in this mailing. Please attend our annual meeting each December. Watch for your notice.
